Reset your home network - all modems, routers, wireless repeaters, all aspects - at LEAST ONCE A WEEK! doing so will resolve a ton of issues proactively and improve your whole home internet experience
1 - unplug modems power - WAIT 3 MINUTES
2- reset other network hardware (unplug)
3- reset android box (function + enter)
run a speed test (on box - your smartphone test is irrelevant) - and run one when you are having issues.. and take a look at the history to see if there are issues
